At the heart of every gathering is nourishment— the moment when people come together to connect, reflect, and nourish body and spirit.

Drawing from a global perspective shaped by my Japanese heritage, extensive travel, and an intuitive understanding of the connection with food and the body, I craft nourishing food with deep flavours, fresh and full of colour and vitality.

 

My ethos honors the land first. Each dish is an act of reverence to the earth celebration of seasonal abundance, sourced from local farms and ethical producers in a way that contributes to the well being of the whole ecosystem.

Menus are curated for each event, designed to elevate vitality, and inspire inner harmony without compromising on sensory richness and the pleasure of nourishment.

My kitchen is free from refined sugar and low in gluten, allowing whole grains and nutrient-dense ingredients to shine.

My offering includes ferments, living vinegars, microgreens, and bespoke condiments handcrafted in-house, and adapts effortlessly to a range of dietary preferences.
